Last night was a bottle of local Syrah and a dark chocolate bar with cherries and chili pepper. Good pairing.

Yesterday I was at walmart and decided to get me some Wasabi peas, because they are awesome.

Instead I got THESE:

I ate a third of the can in the car on the way home.

The sirracha peas are pretty awesome. I hardly ever go to walmart. I hate that place. but I was there picking up other stuff and found those, for only $2.48.

They also have vegan boca and boca chicken patties for $2.98.

Damn you walmart. I hate you, but you are so cheap.

I just ate a half pound package of smoked tofu. Cold, sliced, and with my hands. No regrets.

TINGS. I really wish they made a larger bag because I can uncontrollably eat a whole medium sized bag in a day.

Cold baked tofu is one of my favorite snacks! I eat that pretty regularly.

Tots. Constantly, never-endingly tots.

Except when it's all the chips and hummus.

Ooooh, grapes. . .

Over the course of today I've snacked on a grapefruit (eaten like an orange, of course. . . see my grapefruit poll) and classic Lay's potato chips. Usually I only crave Lay's when I'm drinking, but I haven't had any booze and still found them delicious.

YES! I have bags of tots in the freezer at work so I never run out! Everyone in my office knows I'm a totaholic.

I also constantly snack on cookies. Mmm... Cookies.

I've also hosted tater tot and cookie parties. (Okay, they were technically just parties since they weren't actually food-themed, but all I made for snacks were tots and cookies.)

A little block of homemade cheese with crackers. And tea. Maybe whiskey.

I just ate some pieces of potato chip I had dropped between my pillows while snacking in bed last night. Don't judge.

Home fermented kimchi (if you can all it that; cabbage, cauliflower, onion, seranno peppers, garlic, sesame, lots of ginger and some aminos) paired with Ithaca Beer Co Flower Power.

Sometime I freeze them in the summers for a few hours before I eat them. Do you ever do that?

No, I never thought of that. Does it make them super refreshing and amazing on a hot day? It sounds like it might be magical! Thanks for the inspiration; I will be trying it for sure!

I just got a big veggie snack craving, so I microwaved a head of Belgian endive for 5 minutes and ate it just like that, no sauce or anything. Am I weird for thinking this was the best snack I'll have all week? I LOVE me some succulent Belgian endive!

Earlier today I ate half a cup of homemade black bean hummus with a spoon. That was pretty good too.

So much cereal lately! Today was Nature's Path chia coconut granola with almond milk. Yesterday was Nature's Path maple crunch, with almond milk of course. Yum!

Cannelllini, cucumber, dill and lemon. A "clean out the bits and pieces fridge" concoction.
