Coffee and a homemade chewy granola bar with almonds, hazelnuts, flax seeds, dried cherries, blueberries, cranberries and candied ginger. Yum.

A big frozen banana / peanut butter / cocoa / vanilla almond milk shake. So good. I'm so glad it's warm enough to drink cold things again!

Late July Red Hot Mojo chips. My local grocery store apparently no longer sells Tias, but they had these today and they are even better.

Last night was Wegman's olive bar (olives, onions, artichoke hearts and other goodies) paired with gin and tonic.

They have these at my school. They're like liquid fudge bars. The only thing about them that is awful is the environmental impact of packaging. I wish I could fill a growler at a bar with this or something.

I want a growler of chocolate soymilk! That would be so badass.

I love snacking on dry roasted, salted edamame. Really tasty, and all the protein/fiber makes it a really filling snack.

I have a whole bag of Phoney Baloney coconut bacon in my pantry. Also a whole container of fried onions.

These are for putting on salads, sandwiches, baked potatoes, soup etc.

I have done none of that, and both of them are almost all gone.

And people think all vegans are healthy....sheesh.

Lindt intense dark with pieces of crunchy almond brittle paird with Magic Hat Pistil. Not an ideal pairing, I should have known that this beer would not puch through this dark of a chocolate but I was fixated on the almond brittle part. i'm still going to eat the whole damned bar in one sitting though.

This is my biggest complaint of the day........

My love of potato chips and popcorn never changes so I snack on those.

Me too. I am really bad these days at healthy snacking. I like stuff that is salty and crunchy. It's my coping mechanism. I have current stress at work and there are four varieties of potato chips in my office micro-filing cabinet.

I do love tamari almonds too.

I'm in the middle of finals and seem to be living on toast, dark chocolate (with sea salt in it!) and doritos. More doritos than I'd care to admit. In fact, I'm about to have more toast with pate before bed and Game of Thrones. Nom!

I have some fiery worcester sauce flavour popcorn for later. I'm pretty excited about it.
