Hey, has anyone made this before? I am bringing dessert to our Mother's Day dinner and I was thinking this might be good. I have never made it before though so I was trying to hear from someone who has. Normally I make cakes from Chloe's Kitchen but I don't like to change pans from what they call for in the recipe and really like the look of a bundt cake.

As a side note, my parents went plant-based almost a month ago after watching me for the past year, and so this is going to be the best family dinner, since I won't have to bring my own food. YEAH! My sisters hate me now....ha ha ha.

It is delicious. Make it. This was my first bundt cake and my first cake to serve to omni's (who loved it and many asked for the recipe). I noticed both times I made it that I needed to shave off a couple of minutes from the baking time, and a co-worker who made it overbaked it with the recommended time, so I guess just like with any baking recipe keep an eye on it. (We're at about 2500 - 3000 above sea level for what its worth. I'm not a baking pro so don't have good advice on the whole elevation thing other than that caveat.)

It's totally awesome. make it! it doesn't need frosting or glazing or anything!
Baking time always varies with your oven, so I treat all times as a guestimate as to when to check with a toothpick.

Great! Now I just have to track down some plain non-dairy yogurt.
