This is another recipe that Chloe Coscarelli has veganized. That one's in her Chloe's Desserts book, I think.

There's also a vegan chocolate babka recipe in Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's The Joy of Vegan Baking.

Something featuring fennel bulbs. I have not found a single recipe calling for fennel bulbs other than the roasted fennel and shallots salad in Vcon, but it would be awesome! Anything, a side or a main or whatever. My mum used to roast them covered in cheese, and that's pretty easy to veganize, but maybe something more creative?

I love fennel in risotto. A little No Muh cheese on top makes it perfect.

Anek, do you have Vegan Eats World? Over the weekend I made the olive, orange, fennel salad (don't recall the exact name) and it was light, summery, and required a fennel bulb. And it was delish.

Potato Pancakes please! I was in Cincinnati last week and we walked by Izzy's and their potato pancakes are awesome, but I was told they are not Vegan.

I do! But I hate olives :/ And it's a salad... which is ok I guess, but I am hoping for something more substantial.

Yes to the above! My Brit heritage clamors for vegan versions of these.

Vegan pâté (maybe a quick version).

I always wanted to make Madeleines, please please! And just French in general, I've just finished watching The Little Paris Kitchen and have decided I need to seriously consider French food to my life.

Well, I've been looking for an excuse to buy that book, so thanks!

I googled it and now I need it. But, I own VEW and I don't think there is anything like this amazing looking dessert in the book. So Isa needs to veganize it!

I found this recipe when I googled it, but I have no idea how good of an approximation it is.

I love the pumkin baked ziti in Vcon, but I really want a creamy white sauce layered butternut squash lasagna for this fall.

Use the blog butternut squash alfredo sauce to make lasagna. It is pretty much the best thing ever. I brought it to a work potluck and they all now think I'm the most amazing chef ever (not even close). People ate that before the ,eat/cheese lasagna!

I think I mentioned this somewhere upthread, but please PLEASE do some recipes that feature Soy Curls and Jackfruit (not together haha)

I have 5 bags of soy curls, and 4 cans of jackfruit in my pantry, just waiting to be used. I am tired of all my standby recipes.

I would really like a Jackfruit Ropa Vieja. That would be so so so awesome.

Yes! The soy curl tacos in Vegan Brunch are *amazing* but I want more!
