Oh god yes, all the things! I would LOVE some stuff on decorating, but I also second the vote for some specifically vegan tips. I'm always curious about subbing things!

I'd love to see something on leveling, crumb coats, and getting that crisp 90 degree angle at the edge. And smoothing. Alternatively, I'd like to taste test all the things.

1. How to judge is something is done- my biggest downfall in baking is not knowing when something is done and everything I do is either under or overbaked

That would be so cool! I would love to see horizontal stripes and fondant, as mentioned upthread. If I could get my baking to look anywhere near what yours looks like, that'd freaking rock.

Although to be honest, I'm pretty much a novice baker so I would sit and stare wide-eyed at any video tutorial you made, but man, that sprinkle cake was epic.

I am really interested in seeing borders and other piping. I just started making some serious cakes, and while the little Wilton booklet i have has been really helpful, i sometimes look at it and am like "Okay, how did they do that?"
