My fridge is rather empty with the exception of: One huge head of red/purple cabbage One head napa cabbage 2 bundles of leeks hot peppers
I also have, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, canned tomatoes, rice, noodles, etc.

Stir fried Napa cabbage, hot peppers, onions, and carrots over rice or noodles. If you have any of the following, add: garlic, soy sauce, ginger. Do you have any tofu, tempeh, beans, nuts, or seeds to add for protein?
