I'm looking to try this recipe before buying this huge cookbook. I can't find the recipe anywhere online. Lots of blog entries about making it, but no recipe. Would anyone mind sharing it, assuming it is ok to?

Thanks :)

I got the recipe from Google books preview. You could try that although I'm not sure it is still available because I do not have any preview available any more. I am in another country though, so this might be different for you.

If it doesn't work for you, I'll PM you the recipe since I'm not sure that Robin Robertson would be okay with the recipe being online.

I couldn't find it in Google preview, but would love a copy! Could you pm me as well Lily?

It sounds so yummy - I googled but all I found was a page ref and a Spark people list of ingredients...

I'm not very comfortable with people PMing recipes like this around. I would ask Robin directly - she's very approachable and will probably send it, but there may be a publisher reason why it's not online.

Ah, you're right! Sorry, everyone but I really should not send the recipe around.

Yeah, agreed. I PM recipes if someone owns the book and they're away from it, but otherwise I would say to ask Robin directly.

Sure thing. I wasn't trying to do anything naughty :)

I just thought that a recipe could be posted as long as credit was given to the creator.
