I saw they have new refrigerated noodles with a V on them. They look like udon noodles.

Someone mentioned that they thought the tubed cinnamon rolls had egg or dairy in them. I checked last weekend and they definitely do not so I have to try them soon!

Whoa, what? Are there any mystery ingredients- monoglycerides, l-cysteine, etc? I almost don't want to know the answer to that.

At my TJ's they had fresh fettucine looking things and fresh ricey noodles. I don't know how to use either but they looked cool!

At a friend's house last night I ate an amazing concoction of 1 tub of TJ's plain hummus mixed with half a jar of their chipotle salsa. it sounds weird but it was AWESOME. Kind of queso-y? I highly recommend.

They must have changed suppliers then, because the ones they had in October when ours opened were definitely not vegan. I haven't looked at them since.

One of my favorite snacks is hummus and salsa (and maybe some veggies) in a pita. Yum. I think Salsa and hummus goes well together...if it is the right kind of salsa that is.

Hummus makes a pretty good quesadilla of sorts (topped with salsa). I got that idea from The Vegan Table, and originally kind of mocked it (I was expecting a recipe that was trying to be cheesy, I think), but it turned out great. Such an easy snack too.

I dont recall any as I just did a quick check when I saw them. I remember the ingredient list being relatively short with no big words.

TJ's also has guacamole hummus now! You all saying you like hummus with salsa have to try it.

Has anyone mentioned the herbed popcorn yet?

Go buy a bag RIGHT NOW. Or buy 10.

I just bought these yesterday and I read through the ingredients a dozen times, even had my husband check. They are in the oven now!

I just don't understand how they could be vegan and not have the V symbol on them?

Abelskiver, I'm guessing that the sugar is not confirmed vegan so TJ's isn't marking the product as vegan. That seems to be the common thread on items that appear to be vegan but aren't marked as such. Either that or they could be produced on equipment shared with products that contain dairy and/or eggs. Either way they are vegan in my eyes and I'm going out this weekend to get me some cinnamon rolls in a can!!!

Speaking of popcorn, one of my new favorite things is TJ's caramel corn. It is amazing... It's also fat free for those of you that are into that.

It's another one of the vegan products without the V symbol. Again, presumably from the unconfirmed sugar.

The herbed popcorn is delicious and incredibly addicting. Holy shitaake! TJ's carries organic lacinto kale now. This is fabulous news because it makes TJs one step closer to being my one stop shop (other than some supplemental produce). The Philly store had fresh pasta and fresh rice noodles. I'm going to try the pasta tomorrow night, they look fettucini-ish. So exciting.

I think I'm have to make a second trip tomorrow to investigate on those cinnamon rolls, if they're really vegan (and hopefully not a regional thing), I should just keel over now- that's just baaaad.

I'm really liking the soy creamy mini ice cream sandwiches. I don't know if they're repackaged tofutti, but if so, then they taste worlds better than when i tried the tofutti brand a few years back. One sandwich has 90 cal. It's a nice little treat.
