I like the punjab eggplant. I usually have leftover rice in the fridge so it's a great quick meal.
I have tried lots and lots of store-bought hummus and their tahini-free hummus is the only one that I have liked.
I also always keep a bag of the meatless meatballs in the freezer for a quick filling pasta meal. It also makes a great Italian wedding soup.
Definitely going to check out the Goddess dressing next time I go! I love the Tuscan Italian dressing but it's time for a switch.

Sad. i couldn't get my toddler to eat them, so i was stuck having to. i coated them in sriracha just to get them down.

Another new fave...edamame hummus. I love it more than regular hummus. And I can't stop eating it.

They ran out of meatless meatballs the other week and I almost had a breakdown. I asked about them and said, "just please tell me you ran out and didn't stop making them, please?!" I hate when they stop selling stuff that I like a lot*! *still bitter about the roasted veg pizza You probably go to the same one I frequent when I'm at my dad's house (going to TJ's in the city is too out of the way). That is, the Batavia one by Randall Road. By any chance, have you seen these intriguing sounding maple cookies there? And I'm also bitter they stopped making those delicious roasted vegetable pizzas. They were slightly cheaper than the Amy's kind, AND better tasting. Yes, I've seen the maple cookies. I just saw the white bean hummus for the first time there the other week (granted, I wasn't looking for it, though). And, Quarantined, I'd never seen the VEGGIE and fruit fiberful strips before! Interesting! I'd only seen the fruit ones! ... I didn't see any Candy Cane Joe Joe's there today, and I'm shocked! (I was quickly in and out and didn't bother asking, though).

There were a ton of Candy cane JoJos at my TJs today. I bought a couple boxes. Also grabbed the mochi ice cream, which is a little odd, I'm not sure if I like it or not.
Also got the dark chocolate oranges and some other stuff.

You know what's really good? The mango and sweet rice frozen dessert. My mom brought it to a dinner party and I was shocked that the only dessert was something vegan! It's a chunk of mango covered with coconut sticky rice. Really good, considering how gross microwaved mango can be (just follow the directions!).

Our "candy aisle" is the shelves above the frozen foods. Guess our TJ's is smaller than I thought.

We have a pretty decently sized TJs and they put candy above the freezer stuff here. I went yesterday but didn't look for rocky road squares. My mom loves rocky road though, I'll have to tell her.

Oh cool thanks I'll have to look through the tubs. Yeah I've been to 3 TJs, good-sized, and they all put the candy above the frozen stuff. It works for me bc I can pretend I'm looking at frozen vegetables instead of staring at candy.

Whoa. There are rocky road squares?! I need to go to TJ's this week and will definitely be keeping an eye out for those.

Did any of you guys see the chocolate oranges? I bought 3 of them. I'm thinking now that maybe I'll go back to TJs and get another couple boxes of the jojos. Might be useful for next ppk swap.
Oh also, the checkout guy told me they also had chocolate covered candy cane jojos? I didn't see those but those are calorific I'm sure.

That's what the checkout guy told me, too, to try to pacify me when I got sad over the regular candy cane joe joes being sold out. I didn't inquire further. pandacookie wrote: Last year the chocolate covered ones were not vegan. I don't know if that has changed. I don't want to know. :( I liked the regular ones just fine.

I bought the Mochi ice cream today, it was OK at best. I used to eat the other kind before I went vegan and the Mochi on those is a lot better, gooyier or something. I thought the ice cream part was good but i'm dissapointed. Especially after finding out that they've discontinued my fav. cherry chocolate chip soy ice cream......boo hoo!!

Also I live right next to a TJ's so it's pretty convenient. But things that I buy on a regular basis are:
Blueberry High Fiber Mini Muffins (my breakfast every day) Soy Creamer Chicken-less strips (taste amazing with vegan ceasar salad dressing).
I haven't had the goddess dressing, what is it?

Has nobody mentioned the mother forking huge pound plus dark chocolate bars? There's one with almonds and one without. There might be one with peanuts that is vegan, but I can't remember because I don't like whole peanuts with my chocolate, just peanut butter, thank you very much.

I got the mochi today and I'm anxious to try it, but as it's only 10:00 a.m. I feel I should wait until a reasonable dessert hour.
I'm relatively new to vegan eating so I feel like I can tell when something isn't quite the same as the dairy version, but their chocolate chip cherry ice cream is INSANE. I'm going to be so sad if they stop carrying it. It seems like that's always a risk with Trader Joe's - they just pull stuff for no reason and I never see it again.
Also, I agree about the nasty chicken nuggets. I haven't had them in years but I remember the breading being really weird, like it hardly stuck to the innards. Ugh.
