Yeah, buttermilk in Funyuns. BUT! The Wise brand onion rings are vegan and soooo good.

Are coconut chips different from coconut strips?

The chips are different from the strips. The chips are a little salty and sweet, as well as crunchy. The strips are a little more chewy. They're both delicious.

The coconut chips were on the bottom shelf of a back endcap in my store. I had decided that my store didn't carry them, and was working my way back to frozen foods when I noticed the 5 or 6 bags left. I got 2 bags, since everyone here has raved. I still haven't decided if I like them or not, though - it's such an odd texture!

I bought the coconut chips from an entire coconut display on an end cap that had coconut strips, coconut oil, etc. all in one section. There were a whole ton of them! I bought two bags on the PPK recommendation and I'm gonna open them tonight as a snack!

The soft-baked snickerdoodles are an excellent Puppy Bowl snack. Although they are so sweet they make my teeth hurt!

The coconut strips are preserved with sulfur dioxide, which gives me breathing problems, so I've only tried the chips, which are delicious.

The shreds were okay on pizza, but not great. I applied sparingly and liked the texture... But I swear they tasted ever so faintly of vanilla. Much like Daiya, I will probably buy a bag every 8 months, use a handful and then forget about it until it grows new life in my fridge.
The coconut chips though... I bought a second bag. Those things!

Crunchy black and white rice rolls. They are so good. I found them at the check-out. They are pretty much puffed rice cereal very lightly sweetened and rolled into perfectly round sticks. Very good.
Also, I am not positive but the Salt and Black pepper dark chocolate rounds might be discontinued. They used to be $4ish and were marked down to $1.94. So I got 2 and talked 3 other people around me into buying some also. Evidently my voice carries.

I was super skeptical of the coconut chips - but OMG, they are INCREDIBLE! Sweet and rich and a little salty = snacking heaven! Alas, I annihilated the modest bag in record time...
While there, I jumped on the Speculoos cookies (with the nice big vegan "V" on the box). I've never been a huge fan of cinnamon-type cookies, but these were/are AMAZING: texture, taste, et al.
Two items I'd never have considered until reading PPK forum. =)

Going to TJ's in about an hour. . . I'm way too excited about this (I'm visiting my family, and there's a TJ's in their town, but not one where I live). Finally going to try those coconut chips (last time I mistakenly bought the strips, which were pretty good, but the chips sound better), and the coconut milk ice cream. Perhaps one of the Thai curry things for lunch or dinner. Yaaaaay delicious coconut-based products.

My sister had some cinnamon coffee cake mix in the cupboard, so we made it yesterday. We used soy yogurt for the egg and also added a tsp of vinegar in with the soymilk. It was really good, especially the crumb topping.

Seriously, no way would I pay that much for such a tiny bag of kale chips. Normally TJ's has pretty decent prices, so I don't understand what's up with that. They must make like 1000% profit on those.

I bought the kale chips once, they were ok. The price seemed high but the only other ones I can find in town are over 5.00 for a similar sized bag. Definitely only for a once in a while treat.

Of all the treats I can imagine spending $5 on, kale doesn't even make the top 100. Mostly, they all involve chocolate.

I got a bag of all natural fruit strip ends. Organic, no preservatives and yummy.
Oh and thanks for the tip on the S&P chocolate. I got a bunch at clearance price $1.49 and it is amazing!

The ginger, cashew, and almond granola is the shiitake; I can't stop eating it!

I can't eat the salt and pepper chocolate. It is grossing me out. Which is weird because I like the salted chocolate covered almonds, and I like chocolate with hot chilies, so I thought I would like this but I think this one is maybe too much salt in the chocolate for me.

Dude. They're making coconut milk ice cream now? I'm there.
I also didn't know they had vegan cookies. All this time I've been using the "lack of inexpensive/easily available vegan sweets" card to curb my sweet tooth. Uh oh
