My fridge is rather empty with the exception of:
One huge head of red/purple cabbage
One head napa cabbage
2 bundles of leeks
hot peppers

I also have, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, canned tomatoes, rice, noodles, etc.

Stir fried Napa cabbage, hot peppers, onions, and carrots over rice or noodles. If you have any of the following, add: garlic, soy sauce, ginger. Do you have any tofu, tempeh, beans, nuts, or seeds to add for protein?

your red cabbage wants to be made into this (if not today, then some other day). I like it alone, but it would probably be quite nice over some EB-ey noodles.
