Her seitan is my go-to because it always turns out amazing and I think its foolproof. Also lovelovelove her pinto burgers and her coconut bacon! And we make her mushroom cream sauce at least once a month - super-easy and so yummy.
I think its going to be the Pecan Crusted Seitan, mushroom cream sauce, and the pesto (because I have a batch of parsley in my garden that needs eating!)
