Just like Kraft dinner. Totally off the hook in a mac-n-cheese-in-a-box kind of way. It debuted at Food Fight (now sold out) and Nooch, and should hit a wider audience full force in July. The noodles are even the right shape.

I'm ridiculously stoked for this. Did you try the regular cheddar or the white cheddar? I'm still hunting for the vegan cheez-its by Earth Balance, too.

I asked them on facebook to ship me a crate and all I got was a picture of a kitten.

That may have been my favorite FB thread of all time.

Wait, what? This is a thing? I still can't find the damn potato chips and my Whole Foods had the cheez-its one time and never since. It's such a tease.

I bought six boxes at Food Fight on Friday. I am wondering when they'll get more.

They only had cheddar. It's really good.

I'm going to buy a few boxes. I want to recreate mac-and-cheese Annie's pizza I saw at Grocery Outlet. I CAN'T WAIT.

Shut up! I've been waiting for this forever. In the history of boxed vegan mac and cheese, we have only had:

1. Road's End Mac & Chreese, has existed from what seems like the dawn of vegan time. This stuff is ok but it's so 2000's. It's such a basic nooch sauce anyway, I'd rather make my own.

2. Leahey Gardens' Macaroni & Cheese. This stuff is pretty good, but impossible to find in stores and I never bother order it online.

It was high time for a new contender in the boxed mac and cheese world.

I am so, so, so stoked for this. I apparently missed the last box at Food Fight by an hour or so, and I'm going out of town Thursday, which is when they said they'll have it back in stock. :(

I hope it tastes different from KD, because I want to love it and KD was my inexplicable food I despised as a child. Either way, I know I can shove it into my husband's mouth with nary a complaint. How much did you guys who've tried it pay for it?

I've never seen the potato chips or the cheez-its (and I'm watching!) but I pound like a bag and a half of the cheese popcorn in a week.

I hope it tastes exactly like KD. I also want to know how much people are paying. MUCH WANT.

Right now my dream meal is this stuff with a side of gardein fish fillets. And French fries. Screw veggies.

I think it was $3.25 a box.

There's no nooch in it, which surprised me.

There will be a white cheddar one too, but I haven't seen it yet.

I hope if tastes exactly like KD and I don't care how much it costs. It's not going to be an everyday thing, after all. I can get the popcorns, the puffs and the potato chips (omgsourcreamandonion) but I haven't seen the peanut butter thingies or the crackers yet.

I ate it. It was awesome. There were some really small ways it wasn't like KD, but in general it really hit the spot. I think it's the best packaged mac out there and could definitely see myself buying it a quite a but.

Oh my god, that was hilarious.

It may be forever before we get it here - I want it for camping! I like to hike/swim/bike/lie around all day and do next to no meal prep. Hot dogs over the fire with boxed mac and cheese would be perfect.
