Does anyone know how to do this? I want to make smaller versions of my apple pie but I'm not sure how to adjust the baking time. Should I precook the apples a bit? The original baking time is 1 hour @ 350, or until apples are tender...

pie is pretty easy. i never follow any sort of recipe for it. just bake it until it's done. a smaller pie might only need 45 minutes or so. no need to precook the apples. if the crust looks like it's getting dark but the apples are done just cover it with foil.
