I just found some at the store today, way down on the bottom shelf, hiding! I've never had the stuff before but I'm excited to try it. So please enlighten me PPKers! What's your favorite way to use Ricemellow?

Put a blob on hot cocoa! That stuff is so sweet it makes my face hurt, but sooooo good.

My first two immediate thoughts were the above two posts. Seriously, what more do you need.

Ok, if you do need more ideas it's great between cake layers. And I just saw a recipe in the fudge thread that used ricemellow in fudge which sounds very churchy-lady-delicious. I've also filled chocolate with it.

I LOVE using ricemellow in rice crispy treats - for some reason it tastes especially vanilla-y to me and reminds me of the real thing. Only a little margerine required.

Thanks for all the ideas! Unfortunately I don't have a waffle iron, so that's out, but I can't wait to top my hot cocoa with it. I love stuff that's so sweet it makes my face hurt!

Haven't actually tried this (yet. . . ), but I bet it's really good on oatmeal.

This! I haven't had any in years but I think their website has a recipe for them.

That's pretty much what I always end up doing.

I stir it with some chocolate chips and eat it bu the spoonful - kind of gross, but really delicious.
