Thanks to this thread, I now want the fish filets.

YES YOU DO.

So tonight I tried the meatless meatballs for the first time, and they're awesome! The seasoning is so good, just enough fennel to give them zip and they are really "meaty" - the texture is great.

They're also not really Gardein-y tasting, at all.

So all in all, I'm impressed. Mr Moon also gives a big thumbs up.

Ooh, yes, I'm a fan of these as well! I made a big batch of pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs for my work lunches this week, so I get to spread out the yumminess.

Those burgers are the only Gardein product I don't like.

Can anyone compare the Gardein meatless balls to the Trader Joe's meatless balls? Omni spouse and I are huge fans of the TJ's balls.

Are the trader joes like Nates? I don't remember. The Gardein are firmer and not as herbed. I like them both, but my favorite are Amys.

The Gardein are good meatball sub meatballs. I prefer softer, less toothsome in spaghetti.

I don't think I've had Nate's. I guess I should just try the Gardien and see what we think.

TJ's and Nate's are very similar (in fact, I think they may be the same product under a different name). Those have been my go-to meatballs for ages, and I have no complaints, but I'll give the Gardein ones a try if and when they show up around here.

I just tried the fishless filets for the first time tonight and was amazed at how good they are! My husband and I found them in a big bag at Costco over the weekend. Now my husband wants to go stock up just in case they don't have them again. They also had big bags of Szechuan beef, chick'n tenders, and mandarin chick'n.

My grocery store said they can't get them. :(
