Mexican Wedding Cookies
Gingerbread Biscotti
Chocolate Crinkles
Roasted Almond with Fleur de Sel
Pistachio Sugar Cookies
Peppermint Patties
Pecan Bourbon Truffles
Pignoli

I made a batch of wedding cookies and my husband and I ate them all. Embarrassing. But delicious! So now I need to make another. I also wanted to do linzertortes but we'll see how I get on time. Baby + cookie baking is not always a win.

I'd kill him! Ha not really, I'm actually worried I'll eat all my cookies before Friday. I have a baby too so my plan is to get takeout and make 2 batches of cookies per day instead of dinner. It will be tough to have any of the fudge & Swedish balls I'm making today left for xmas eve!

So far I've made:
Spritz cookies (3 varieties: anise, peppermint, and chocolate-dipped)
Rocky road bark
Candy cane chocolate chip cookies
Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

I plan on making:
Grandma's sugar cookies with anise icing
More candy cane chocolate chip cookies
Cake balls?

I usually make tiger balls, but I forgot about that until just now and so probably won't be making them this year.

My dad requested coffeehouse hermits and I'll probably do mexican wedding cookies and a few others too.

I've already made gingerbread biccies for my Grandma & parents. I think I will make some speculaas and maybe something else, I'm sure I had other ideas.

Also, for people still undecided, I highly recommend the chewy chocolate raspberry cookies from vcon. Last year they were a huge hit and super easy to make.

These are the BEST!

I'll keep an eye on this thread for more ideas though! I already saw someone post about gingerbread cookies. Does anyone have a recipe for them?

Isa and Terry's cut out gingerbread recipe in the recipe section here makes the best gingerbread cookies I've ever eaten.

Seconded.

I'm doing jars of cookies for my young brother-in-laws, probably to include chocolate chip, some kind of peanut butter cookie, blackstrap gingersnaps, and snickerdoodles.

I wanted to do some baking for our family celebration on Christmas day but I think my mum wants to do it all herself so maybe not.

This week I am looking to make PPK Chocolate Chip cookies (good any time of year, of course!), ginger cookies, snowflake sugar cookies and I want to adapt a few Martha Stewart recipes like the checkerboard or lemon wreath cookies. I also really want to make a vegan figgy pudding. I've never made one, omni or otherwise so this will be my first attempt! Wish me luck :)
