Hey team.
I want cinnamon rolls first thing tomorrow morning.
After I assemble them, do I just put them in the fridge overnight, and then when I wake up throw them in a preheated oven right from the fridge?
Anything work well or not so well?
Thanks!

Usually you put them in the fridge before the 2nd rise and then the next morning let them come to room temp and rise before putting them in the oven.

I have gone strait from the fridge to the oven and they turned out great. They looked like they did their second rise in the fridge. I think you can do it either way (fridge to oven or bring to room temp first).

You can do fridge to oven, or even freezer to oven. Adjust baking time accordingly.
