I made this after reading this thread yesterday. It's glorious. So good that Boyfriend has taken the entire tub and set it next to his computer so he can graze on it uninterrupted all day.

I made that (after reading your suggestion) for my book club last weekend. It was delicious and I liked the look of the black beans in the hummus. It was a little too salty for me, though that hasn't stopped me scarfing the leftovers.

yay! i'm really glad you gave it a whirl & liked it - the black beans are a nice & deeeeelicious twist, indeed. sorry it was a bit salty; i should have mentioned that i'm a salt fiend and sometimes i don't even notice it. i'm glad you're enjoying the leftovers though!

This makes me happy; I'm so glad you like it (I have a friend who did the same thing at a party we hosted; he was practically holding the bowl on his lap)!
