The only thing I can think of is a ceasar salad. The boyf wants to put it on hotdogs. Which I am surprisingly hesitant to do... My own traditionalism baffles me.

Any suggestions? :)

we make our ranch dressing with vegenaise + tofutti sour cream + almond milk + herbs and such. it's so yummy! i love ranch on the following:
oven fries
buffalo tofu sammies
veggie burgers
as a dip for pizza crust
drizzled in wraps
for dipping fried green tomatoes in

No! Not caesar salad, which should have caesar dressing!! But other kinds of salad, sure. I like to do BLT salad with tomato and tempeh bacon and ranch dressing.

It's good for dip for any kind of breaded nugget or vegetables. Or if you make a thicker ranch, dip potato chips in it.

My toddler will eat it with a spoon.

Or with any kind of buffalo foodstuffs (hot wings).

The Native Foods menu has some ideas with ranch. But I can't seem to get to their website right now.

Ohhh thats great! I made it with sort of sour smelling tofu, hope I dont die :) But I sure do have a lot... Perhaps a ranch-themed party is in order!

Tater tots!
Onion Rings!
Use it as the "glue" to help you bread stuff like tofu cutlets or something.
Raw veggies
Add salsa to it and it can be a Mexican style dip for tortilla chips

I could drink Ranch dressing, I love it so. I'm loving the Cashew Ranch from Grills Gone Vegan lately.

I'm one of those people who puts it on everything. My favorite is tomato things like pizza and spaghetti. Sometimes taquitos.

And sometimes sushi. I'll squirt a little sriracha in it like its "spicy mayo" but no, it's spicy ranch. Way better than spicy mayo any how.

Mary me?!

Yeah, ranch is good on salad, but it's not the same thing as Caesar dressing. Don't mix them up! Anyway, my two favorite uses for ranch dressing are dipping fries and dipping less than great pizza. Salad is probably third place, followed by using it as a sandwich spread and then as dip for anything else: vegetables sticks, chips, tots, onion rings, tempura veggies, books, hats, etc.

I do, but I rinse it really well first.

you'll be fine....just tell yourself it was sour because it was marinated in lime juice...you know, like for fajitas and stuff...

If there was a vegan ranch I liked, I would put it on everything.

+1 to pizza and ranch. So horrible/wonderful.

I had a friend in college who claimed everything was better with ranch, so we challenged her at every opportunity. I think the combo that finally broke her was ice cream + ranch.

But yeah, basically what everyone upthread said. And I've gotta try it on chili!

Baked taters! Another vote for pizza crust dip! Also, I think it would be good atop a tofu scramble. . . that sounds totally weird, and I have yet to try it. But for some reason, after reading this thread, I was like, "I bet ranch would be delicious on tofu scramble". . . probably because it's after midnight and the types of food I crave get progressively stranger as it gets later.

This thread reads like some sort of ranch to-do list. I approve!

My pregan ranch pleasure was dipping breadsticks or garlic knots in a big vat of it instead or (or in addition to) marinara. I think I need to do this again.

We don't keep it around or anything, but when we have leftover ranch, it's pretty much free game for dipping or pouring on anything.

It is! Especially if you add some cheese to it and melt it all down, then put the ranch on top. IMO best with a tangy ranch.

Now I want some vegan ranch! I haven't had any since I was like 12 and drowned everything in it because I didn't like the food available to me (this is right before I started cooking for myself and could have good food). Definitely pizza and tots with ranch...mmmmm.

I hope this is one dish: a tot topped pizza drizzled with or dipped in ranch! I think ranch tot pizza could become the food craze of 2014.

I made Isa's ranch dressing the other day and used it as potato chip dip with some Trader Joes Sweet Potato Chips and it was perfect. Next I make it as a chip dip, I'll add a little soy sour cream to Isa's recipe to thicken it a tad since I use it as dip.
