Only one isn't vegan! And Sriracha is on there.

When I lived in PDX, they often had fresh morels right in the produce section of Fred Meyer's. Here in Scotland, I'm lucky if a store has shiitakes. I would love some morels!!

I think my Crabby Crafter recommended pantry staples are cumin, (sugar-free) soy sauce, madras curry powder, Marmite, toasted sesame oil, sea salt, thyme, red chili flakes, cider vinegar, and tahini. I'm not too particular about brands...

And paprika, because I love paprika on popcorn. Even though papaika makes my list 11 and not 10.

11 is for when you really need it, but the scale only goes to 10. (Go Spinal Tap!)

I guess mine would be Sriracha, the awesome peperoncino powder my Dad always brings me from Italy, dried shiitake mushrooms, whole grain pasta, nooch!, soy sauce (or even tamari), rice paper spring roll wrappers, Vegemite, pumpkin seed oil, oh and gomasio. :)

Picking 10 staples is hard! I think mine would be nooch, shoyu or tamari (I use them pretty interchangeably), whole wheat/whole grain pasta, olive oil, cinnamon, garlic, raisins, oatmeal (usually rolled, sometimes steel cut), almond milk, and chickpeas (I make A LOT of hummus).

+1. For my top ten, I'd have rice, Trader Joe's pasta, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, canned beans, jarred tomato sauce (like prego), peanut butter, and...hmm...I guess flour and sugar?

Yeah, that's a classy pantry right there. I want that mustard, though.
