I baked/pureed some pumpkin to make DEOTS pumpkin cinnamon rolls, but...since I'm not a big pumpkin fan, I don't know what to do with the extra puree.
Help and suggestions are highly appreciated dear PPK.

Mix it into pasta, vegetable soup, or curry?

They are supposed to last quite a long time, but they never do. In fact, my omni BF ate most of them, so there's only the emergency ration left that I hid in the back of the cupboard. (shh!)

This is so funny. I was having this conversation with my mom not too long ago. I was asking her about what to do with pumpkin and she said "You can make a puree and keep it in the freezer!" my response, "Yes mom. Because so often am I like. 'Oh man, this could really use some pumpkin puree!'"
But in all seriousness: soup?

Yeah, soup and cookies sound fine : )!
Pff, someone threw out my yeast, so, no pumpkin rolls for me. Just delicious cookies.

I guess I'll have to forget about the cookies, too, because I had to throw out my flour (it had bugs : ( damn it!).
Pumpkin chili sounds intriguing.

Damn, the pumpkin alfredo looks delicious!
I may try something similar tonight : ) [maybe a noochy sauce + pumpkin, sans the allspice and cinnamon].

Ugh, I feel your pain. I always store my flour in the fridge for exactly that reason.

The Best Pumpkin Muffins Ever from VwaV. I think you need 1 cup, but I can't recall off the top of my head.

I just made the DEOTS pumpkin cinnamon rolls and had exactly enough pumpkin left over to make the VCTOTW pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes!
Also, Isa made an awesome pumpkin bisque at VeganMania... recipe very similar to the carrot bisque in VWAV.
Pumpkin lattes!
