So the thread about hot cocoa/ hot chocolate got me craving it, so now I am looking for your favorite brands/ recipes. Lately I have been melting chocolate chips and adding them to almond milk. What do you use?

I heat chocolate almond milk and add cocoa powder and icing sugar. Sooo good!

mine is really just plain ol' cocoa powder and whatever sweetner is around
Oh, and i put a little dash of chili powder in there for an extra kick...
but for some reason warm non dairy milk in larger quantities (like more than half a cup) makes me feel sick in the same way cow's milk would. i guess it's just some weird thing. so i rarely have it, but when i do it's a treat in a small espresso cup.
