(Is there already a thread for people to ask this question? If not, this can be it. If so...sorry everyone!)
I made Fat Free Vegan's Smokey Refried Bean Soup in December. The leftovers sat in the fridge for...somewhere between a week 1/2 and 2 weeks. It hadn't grown any moldy business so I stuck it in the freezer, where it's been since December 23rd. Now I'm back at school from break, broke and hungry. This is basically the only edible thing in my apartment, save a very stale and um...kind of dusty? box of Trader O's.
Whatdya think, can I eat it? Or will I die?

I don't eat anything that's been in the fridge past a week.

I'd personally go for the Trader O's. Like Nora said, I wouldn't eat anything that had been in my fridge for longer than a week (excluding preserves and other long-lasting things).

I'd eat it too but I eat things left out for more than a day too. I have a sensitive stomach and stuff like this never gets me sick.

I would heat it up for a good long while. Then if it seemed dodgy I'd toss it. But if not, it would go into my belleh.

I'd eat it at long as it smelled/tasted relatively normal.

Definitely eat it. If it looks fine, smells fine, and tastes fine then there is nothing to worry about.

I probably wouldn't eat it. I would leave it in the freezer and ignore it from now on, eventually throwing the whole thing out (including container) in a year's time because its continued presence is kind of freaking me out.

When beans go bad, you know! If you open the container and aren't knocked out by the fumes, take a cautious bite. If it tastes fine, go for it. I keep my fridge really cold so things have a spookily long shelf life in there.

haha, loved reading the responses!
Big reveal....
I ate it! It tasted a bit stale/freezer burnt. And I'm still alive, but I dug out my insurance card and stuffed it in my wallet just in case.

Glad you're ok. I was going to say eat it, but I may not have the best judgment on how long things are good for, considering I don't have a fridge, so I probably have lower standards than most.
