Anyone ever used this?

I've never found the picture on the tin to be very appetising, and it's always relatively expensive, but I got some in a two for one dealio. It's pretty good! It's layers of beancurd, the flavouring is quite like those tins of mock duck from Asian markets. We had some last night in a stirfry with a Wagamama sauce and udon noodles, it was pretty tasty!

yeah we use it a fair bit, its a little creepy but hey. my dad used to eat it cold out of the tin.
its quite nice if you fry it with some hoisin into little patty shapes and then put it in a burger bun.

I LOVE it -- and am envious of your two for one deal! I used the recipe suggestion on the tin and have it with lime or lemon juice, chopped green onions, and shredded nori. I mash it up and mix everything together and then stuff my face and don't share. ;p

Before I developed my avocado allergy, I would cook it with avocado and nooch and eat it on toast (I prefer warm sammiches). It was really good. (Now I miss avocados.)
