Cumin, easily. I keep an empty salsa jar in my spice drawer because I buy cumin in bulk and a regular spice jar just doesn't cut it.
But if you added up all the kinds of paprika I have (smoked, hot, sweet) it might beat out even the cumin...

Turmeric crushes all challengers!
Cumin's also fantastic.
But turmeric, man, that's the stuff.
Edit: Uh oh, I just read that cayenne pepper counts as a spice. A tie, maybe? I literally put cayenne in everything I eat.

Yeah, turmeric for me too.
These threads are making me feel all mainstream and boring.

Turmeric or cumin. It's a hard question though.

Sorry I tend to over generalize and I clumped herbs and spices together, but my favorite is cumin and tumeric.

cumin and chilli, but since I read that turmeric was an anti-inflammatory I have been slinging it in everything (I have arthritis).

Thanks to Louzilla for not letting me down in my expectation for the herb's companion thread! :D
I don't know. Can I pick curry powder? *cheating*! Cumin or turmeric I guess.

Black pepper is up there for me...I love trying all the different types. Right now I have Lampong from Atlantic Spice co. I definitely need to get a bigger pepper mill. Or several.

Turmeric, really? Turmeric? I can barely taste it. I thought it just existed to turn fingers and food bright orange.
Mmm, hard to choose one, but I'm going to have to go with... coriander seeds!

I also put cinnamon in everything, from sweet dishes to spicy dishes. I love paprika. Cayenne pepper. Plain black pepper. Oh, and lemon pepper.
