I suddenly find myself in need of a vegan corn dog. Any recipes you can recommend?

Also, there used to be this awesome vegetarian fast food place in LA with vegan corn dogs. I ate those vegan corn dogs quite a few times. Turns out they were only vegetarian, not vegan. So annoying. You would think a vegetarian place would label things better. Anyway, they closed years ago and I'm in another state so it's not like it would help me now if they were vegan. Just suddenly hungry for one. I'm not particularly a fan of vegan hot dogs, so not sure why I'm wanting the corn dog - must be the delicious breading.

No idea how to make them, but I know Yves brand makes them, and I believe they are available pretty much anywhere where you can get the frozen varieties of this brand.

Oh, sorry for the bad advice! I haven't had one since I have been vegan, just assumed that they were.

That was a pretty good recipe. My batter was a little thin/ not sticking once in the oil. I have leftover batter though, so I think when I make the next batch I will add a little more flour/cornmeal.
