I have a ridiculous amount of tomato sauce and very little freezer room.

I need as many uses for sauce as possible, outside of eating it over pasta.. what else can I do with it?

Lasagna? Pasta bake? spaghetti?

Or better yet, ways to make pasta and sauce more varied so i can stand to eat it for the next 2 weeks.

If it's just tomato sauce without any seasonings you can use it to make soup, curry, chili, etc. And tomato scones from VB.

Throw it in chili, or a soup like minestrone or pasta fagioli!

Enchilada sauce....seitan/eggplant parmesan extra saucey.....stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls with tomato sauce...tomato scones from VB...make your own ketchup or bbq sauce maybe?

Not gonna lie, I'd probably make tomato soup and grilled cheeze...how creative.

ETA: I was thinking of regular canned tomato sauce, not like a marinara sauce that you already made.

I suppose you could likely use it in just about everything maybe i'll make some pizzas.

With polenta - baked, with a cheezy topping over it (like Pine Nut Cream, or even Daiya)
Turn it into a curry with veggies/lentils

I could eat an entire jar of tomato sauce just by eating it on stuff like rice cakes, crackers, bread, etc. A little odd perhaps, but it disappears quickly!

I'm on a canning kick, so I'd say can it. Either in it's present incarnation or as some kind of homemade sauce like spicy ketchup, bbq or pasta sauce. Then you can move it out of your freezer and still keep it long term.

Although, in all fairness to Muffin-Tuffin, my first thought was a big batch of tomato soup.

I like to cook rice in tomato sauce!

Me, too! Also couscous and quinoa. Add a lot of capers for maximum awesomeness.

Tomato Sauce sandwiches
as a pizza sauce
and I always like a squirt of it in with my baked beans.

Use it as a base for a roast vegetable stew.

Give it to me. I would gladly eat tomato sauce at every meal.

Oh gosh, I could eat tomato sauce on everything.
