I need a reliable recipe for chiffon cake. I cannot for the life of me seem to get any of the ones I've tried to turn out like I remember them being, and I feel like a failure. Actually, I don't really feel like a failure, I just really want chiffon cake. So... Anyone know where I can find this mystical recipe?

That's going to be a hard one. Chiffon cake really relies on the protein structure of eggs to be light and airy, like angel food cake. But with all the progress on meringue-type things maybe we're not far off.
