I want to make some halloweeny cupcakes, so I was thinking chocolate w/pumpkin frosting, but all the recipes I've seen online use cream cheese, and I don't buy that anymore. Is it possible with just EB, and maybe some soymilk powder?

i bet if you make it with eb, a little shortening, and just a few tbsp of pumpkin along with powdered sugar you'll be good to go. :) like a pumpkin buttercream frosting!

i would probably cook the pumpkin down a bit to concentrate the flavor and make it more smooth.
