i like to make lazy versions of rolled foods as casseroles. best are lazy cabbage rolls or lazy dolmades. i use chopped or crumbled tofu in the cabbage rolls and lentils in the dolmades to round it out nutritionally.

Here's 2 from my blog that I make fairly often:

Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole http://veganawakening.wordpress.com/2010/09/28/cheesy-broccoli-rice-casserole/

BananaNut's cheese broccoli & rice casserole is awesome - we made it for a football party weeks ago and everyone loved it (and we were the only vegans there)!

i also like Shelly's smashing grain casserole ('cause it has wine and you can pretty much use up lots of veggies you have in the fridge & freezer): http://shellyfish.wordpress.com/2008/12 ... ine-in-it/

and we make a veganized version of tuna casserole quite often - i could eat this every day - it's a childhood favorite of mine: http://happyveganface.blogspot.com/2010 ... again.html
