Where, please, anywhere? I'm in severe goo withdrawl, I need those things and I will stoop to wrestling a fully-armed Brad Pitt to the floor to suckle from the teat of Cadbury. Any hints or ideas on anything that tastes even moderatly like those magical artery death orbs, or how to make 'em yourself even?

Bryanna Clark Grogan used to have a recipe for them up on her website. I actually had it bookmarked for a long time, but I think she changed her organization because the link doesn't work now.

ETA: link! Cadbury eggs

I made those last year. Delicious. Then I went into a sugar coma.

I bookmarked supercarrot's version last year, then never made them. Sadface.
Must make them this year.

If you replace the chocolate chips with the Sainsbury's free from chocolate bar I think it would give you that milk chocolate hit too.

I have never tried the Sainsbury's free from chocolate but this makes me happy that there will be a Sainsburys in Bangor soon! Thanks for the tip.

I've made Bryanna's before! (and there was actually a Vancouver PPK meetup I didn't attend dedicated to making them). They are solid!

I've bought a vegan version of a cream egg before, it was at the London Vegan Fair...I can't remember the name of the company who made them but if I do I'll come back & let you know!

Oooh, brilliant. Next time it doth not be raining, I'll skip to Sainsburys'.

Tired, will spend all day making noteggs, naught else left to say except that you are all wonderful little sea cucumbers and I love you with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns. I'll pass on on how they turn out, mhrm! >8(

Not exactly the same, but Rescue Chocolate came out with some scrumptious looking vegan cream eggs this year: http://www.rescuechocolate.com/products/the-good-egg

I always found Cadbury Creme Eggs way too sweet, but I'm still intrigued by the possibility of a vegan version!

I want to make these so badly, but I'm AWFUL at dipping things in melted chocolate without having them come out looking all weird and misshapen. Anyone have any really great tricks?

Same here. Putting a Creme Egg into my mouth was just asking for instant tooth pain... even if it was just in my head.
