PPK, I'm stumped. I'm soaking some borlotti beans to eat tonight, but I don't really know what to do with them. I was vaguely thinking of bean burgers, but any suggestions would be welcomed!

Borlotti beans are great in pasta&fagioli, which is a soup of beans and small pasta. I don't have a recipe but it's basically beans, onions-carrots-celery, water, oil, pasta.
