I couldn't find these in a forum search, so I entered a bunch using the online recipe builder. I didn't make any substitutions or lower fat/calorie versions and used the serving sizes as given with the following caveats: for non-main course items, I chose the largest serving size. For main course items, I chose the smallest serving. Since I cook for myself, I usually turn side dishes into more of a main course by adding a salad or something. I think most of these can be made a lot lower in points with less oil and probably servings are pretty big. I put especially favorable point items in bold.
Asian Pear and Tempeh Salad: 9 Baby Bok Choy w/ Crispy Shallots: 3 Crepes (regular and buckwheat): 1 Bulgar, Arugula and Cannellini Salad: 3 Butternut Squash Rice Paper Rolls: 10 (I might have counted rice paper as too high) Corn and Edamame Salad: 5 Easy Stir-Fried Leafy Greens: 2 (w/ optional sesame oil) Grilled Yuca Tortillas: 6 Herb-Scalloped Potatoes: 4 Hummus: 10 (I think this is for an enormous serving) Lemony Roasted Potatoes: 6 Lentil Salad: 5 Portobello Salad w/ Spicy Mustard Dressing: 10 Quinoa Salad w/ Black Beans and Mango: 4 Snobby Joes w/ Bun: 9 Spicy Tempeh Nori Rolls: 4 (this is allowing 6 per serving)

Thank you for this!! I am an occasional WW person and I need to get back on the train for a while because I can tell my weight is creeping up again.

If you're on WW too, then you know how f-n difficult it is to keep up with the points system when everything you eat is something they've never heard of! So frustrating! So thank you thank you thank you for this.
