I've been having some pretty intense shoulder pain following some surgery I had 2 months ago. I finally went to see an ortho specialist, and he's scheduled me for an EMG (
oh, look, a wiki) to check for nerve damage. I'm having the needley one done.
I'm curious how much electricity will be coursing through my body. I'm not squeamish around needles, so that part doesn't bother me.
Any adivce? Tips? Horror stories? Thanks.
