I'd like to track micronutrients and fiber without tracking calories but every tracker I can find tracks calories and puts it in your face. The only thing remotely like what I'm looking for that I've found is Thryve, which just sort of shows pie-graph style how much veggies/grains/etc. you've eaten and how closely your day matches Harvard's dietary recommendations.
Any ideas? Websites? Apps?

I don't know how aps work but is it possible to just track by calculating things without one? Reading nutrition labels and calculating from there? Or figuring out the numbers for veggies and things without a label and creating your own paper database.

Strategically placed post-it notes over the calorie info is the white trash approach to a solution. Sounds like I am joking but I am actually serious: there are some sites I go to that I don't want to see specific info on the screen so I place the sticky on before I open the page (same place everytime I open so it works). If you don't find another site that gives you what you want, give it a try.
