Hey y'all!

I'm just wondering if anyone know if the calories for sauces and dressings are included in the Apatite for reduction recipes when it says ex 'one recipe easy breezy sauce' or 'one recipe peanut sauce' or do I add the calories for the sauces by myself?

I'm sorry, I swear I saw the same question here just today, but I can't find it and I'd really like to know! Thank you all <3

If the sauce is included in the list of ingredients, it's included in the calorie count. I think that's what you're asking?

What creep said! Calorie counts include the WHOLE recipe, including sauce.
