ive been vegan for a long time, just under 10 years.
recently my eating habits have got really bad, i moved to a house and the cooker broke. I got into a cycle of ordering take away and eating out. I cant sem to get my cooking mojo back! im not eating enough calcium rich foods thats for sure, so i was thinking maybe following a vegan meal plan for a month would maybe help get me back on track?
any advice welcomed!
