Yes! The motions are very sweeping and gently. I find I can push into it a fair amount or if i position it backwards get more of a push/prode sensation. However, I have noticed that if you push on it too hard or press against it with any kind of force it stops moving the rotational piece (but continues to vibrate all over).

Like I said, I only use mine occasionally and it's for 30+ minute sessions and even then I often finish with something else.

A word about the LELO Ina: Do yourself a favor and buy the Mona (also, get it from SheVibe. They're a fabulous company and their prices are low as hell.) The Ina's attachment for clitoral stimulation is very hard and not flexible. It's hard to get it positioned right without feeling like it's trying to drill through your clit into your pubic bone. Yup...the Mystic Wand is nearly silent, does not need to be plugged into the wall, and has variable vibration settings (the "high" is REALLY high!) and several varied "pulsing" options.
