So I've been really stressed out, emotional, depressed. I moved three months ago and my life has been fluxuating and changing, along with my diet. So I'm assuming this is why I've only had one period in the last three months. I've had a period since I last had sex, (unprotected, but he came outside of me...I think...) umm...I should probably go to a doctor? I'm just sorta stressed out about it because I've been reading that I can mistake a period for spotting and maybe i'm pregnant. I started taking a medication for PMDD about a week ago, and that was around the time I thought I would have it. I've basically been feeling like I'm having chronic Pms for the past month and a half. i'm forking stressed and paranoid about this, but since this was going on before I had sex I'm guessing it's a hormone imbalance?

You could take a pregnancy test first, just to rule that out before going to the doctor. It'll be cheaper from the store than at their office, too.

Get a pregnancy test, and if it comes back positive, then make an appointment with your doctor. ALSO, make an appointment at your local Planned Parenthood to discuss birth control options beyond withdrawal.

Those home pregnancy tests are well over 99% effective. Buy two so that if you mess the first one up you can try again, or if you don't feel like you trust the first one you can try again. And ya, like jordanpattern said, start using some sort of reliable birth control.

Being really stressed, or depressed, is a known reason for interruptions to your cycle, as are health events and medications. But it wouldn't hurt to take a test and ease your mind, although they apparently aren't always accurate immediately after a missed period, I have heard people say that it may not show positive until 5-6 weeks from the start of your last period, but it sounds like you are well outside that time so it should be fine. Good luck!

I would go see a doctor and/or a gyno, because missed periods can be a sign of some health problems concerning the ovaries, uterus, and all those things. A pregnancy test wouldn't hurt either though, just to eliminate that worry.
