I just got inseminated and they inserted a plastic package into my vagina to prevent semen leaking out. So you could always try that.

It comes out almost instantly, so I usually cup my hand under and run for the nearest towel.
I have this problem where much later, maybe 2 hours or so, lots of fluid comes out. But it's not semen like other people mentioned. It's straight gushy, water-like, pee-in-you-pants style fluid. I usually have to change my underwears it's so bad.
It's like my body is saying "Get the fork out semen! All o' ya's"

We always have washcloths (in a drawer in one of the nightstands) that I slide underneath myself when Mike's done. It gushes out as soon as he pulls out - I wouldn't have time to get out of the bed, let alone to the bathroom, before it started running all over. I'm not prone to UTIs, and I usually get my turn second anyway (not a complaint - I prefer it that way), so I just wait until we're completely done to go to the bathroom.
