I used smallest serving size given (ie, if something serves 2-3, I used 3 servings) unless otherwise noted. I don't use any light ingredients (ie soy milk) EXCEPT for lite silken tofu in the vacuum pack. If you want to use the regular silken tofu, just add 1 point per 3oz used. I don't include oil amounts not specifically listed in the ingredients. I used points for Earth Balance when margarine is called for.
If the WW recipe builder listed a brand name that is an organic/health food brand that I use, I chose that. Sometimes it made points slightly lower or higher.
Breakfast
Tofu Scramble: 4 - Mexican Scramble: 7 if prepared with an entire avocado - Greek Scramble: 7 if prepared w/ 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes; points may be off on this - Savory Mustard Scramble: 4 - Pesto Scramble: 5 + whatever added with your pesto
Perfect Oatmeal: 3 without any of the toppings
Buckwheat Pancakes: 2 points each for 6 pancakes
Jalapeno Corn Cakes: 2 points each for 8 cakes
Buttermilk Biscuist: 2 points each for 12 biscuits; 3 points each for 10 biscuits
Rosemary Home Fries: 3 points for 4 servings; 2 points for 6
Cherry Almond Granola: 10 points for 8 servings; 6 points for 12; calculated using Better than Milk soy milk powder
Zucchini Muffins: 3 points each for regular size; pecans don't change the points, so may as well go nuts (sorry)
Raisin Bran Muffins: 2 points each for 20; 3 for 16; used Cascadian Farms Raisin Bran
Very Berry Muffins: 2 points each (or, more relevant to me, 24 points for the whole batch since they are so forking good)

Appetizers
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus: 3 points per half cup
Roasted Eggplant and Garlic Hummus: 3 points per half cup
Spinach Chickpea Dip: 2 points/6 servings
Lettuce Wraps -Asian: 5 points for entire recipe -Southwestern: 4 points EACH; I also figured this using Tofutti Sour Supreme because I am lazy. The point count was so horrifying, I immediately blocked out the number.
Polenta & Eggplant Napoleans: 2 points each using 2oz FYH
Veggie Wontons w/ Ginger Miso Dipping Sauce: 1 point each; I used .5 points per wrapper
Baked Samosas w/ Cilantro Mint Chutney: 1 point each for 24; calculated 8 sheets phyllo;
