Is it just me? It occurred to me I've never heard anyone say anything about it, ever. I had a really unexpected sneeze yesterday while I was lying down and my ovaries were like "What the hell just happened..." and hurt for a minute. Is there an equivalent of this for men?

I have annoying little mouse sneezes--but really, just once in my life, I wouldn't mind having a knock-me-on-my-ass sneeze. I mean, I'm kind of jealous of you...

I have epic sneezes. You can hear it two houses over sneezes. Once, at work, I sneezed so hard I gave myself a bloody nose and shot blood all over my monitor.

Yes, and I have done it coughing too. Maybe it's not really my ovaries hurting, but some lower abdominal structures are protesting.
