I'm starting to become interested in growing wheatgrass (did you think I meant something else??) To any experienced grass growers out there: Any suggestions? What supplies do you find necessary? Where do you order your seeds from?

It may be a little while until I start to do this as I can't afford a juicer right now, so suggest away! :)

I have no idea how to grow wheatgrass, although I do like the way it tastes.

I was thinking of a certain kind of grass too, maaaan.

I've never grow wheatgrass but I do garden. You'll probably need to locate some plastic container (like a take-out food container or something), some sterile seed starting mix, and seeds! I doubt it gets more complicated than that! If you have a sunny window, that should work, or you could set up a fluorescent light to grow them by. I don't know how old wheatgrass needs to be before harvesting, if it's young it will probably survive with only a sunny window for light.
