fork! i have been in horrible pain both today and yesterday due to a pinched nerve in my neck. its making me want to die. the pain is radiating down my shoulders and my right arm and it hurts to sleep or move my neck. i've been taking ibp with hardly any relief. any suggestions on how i can feel better? i think i'm gonna put an ice pack on my neck in a sec. thanks.

Go to the doctor if over the counter anti-inflammatories don't work. I've had the same problem and one shot of diclofenac fixed it. If someone tries to manipulate your spine, punch them. Maybe try heat instead of ice too.
