I feel like I am taking way too many lately, but it is needed.
Breakfast: A smoothie with Vega smoothie infustion
Morning after breakfast: B12/Folate chewable Multi Flax oil Vitamin D3 Zyflamend (and herbal blend for inflammation reduction) Hyaluronic acid
Afternoon, after lunch: Multi Zyflamend Hyaluronic acid Vitamin D3
I have also been drinking kombucha with my lunch.

I'm resurrecting this with a question: Has anyone found a calcium + vitamin D (either D2 or the vegan D3) with somewhere around 300 mg of calcium and 1000 IUs of D? The only combo ones are so unbalanced, like 375 mg of Calcium and 1800 IUs of D, or 1000 mg of calcium and 200 IUs of D. I'm assuming I get about 500-800 mg of calcium per day and zero D in the winter so I just want to top up my calcium and get my D.

Hmm, I don't know any with that exact ratio, but there are supplements that have less of a gap than what you're describing. Like this oneI'm sure you've already thought of this, but you could always take two separate supplements.

Yeah, I ended up just taking two. I wanted to minimize how many I was taking (and it always seems to be cheaper than supplementing individually). For the vitamin D, I ended up getting D drops (the vegan one - which they don't seem to advertise on their website) and I really like it.

I went to the dr. recently, and got a FULL bloodwork done. It came out PERFECT. He was very happy with the results, said I was one of the heathiest patients he has! Checked my: Calcium, B's, D's, Iron everything.
I have never had bloodwork done prior to going vegan, but I have always been anemic.
Here is what I take. About every day, sometimes not on the weekends.
Multi-vitamin (no iron). I only take whole food multi-vitamins. Not ones with a ton of binders and crepe. Iron Calcium/Mag/potassium (5Htp occasionally if I am having sleepytime problems, but that is another topic really)
I can't tell you how thrilled I was. I am was half scared that I would go in there and find myself deficient, but it could not have turned out better.

I don't take any supplements at all, I've not found that I need them and my doctor doesn't think I need them either.
