So, to my uterus carrying friends, had anyone had their tubes tied? I'm 37 with a teenager, and have known for a long time that I was done having children. My IUD was supposed to stay put for another 5 years, then my darling husband would consider a vasectomy. But now I'm having some trouble with the IUD, and am thinking about just taking permanent measures, on the off chance that I die and he find a new love and want kids. I've been dealing with birth control for 20+ years, and I'm just so over it.
Has anyone had them tied/done the Essure procedure etc.? Tell me your stories!
