following PPK for years I was encouraged to read one of the reason for the creation of Appetite for Reduction was the author's diagnosis of PCOS. Besides exercise and following a low glycemic index eating plan, does anyone have any food for thought on the subject (pun intended!). As i await the result of more blood work to PROVE to the doc that I have PCOS.
