kara - i think it was last month (maybe the month before) where I was 5 days late so I took a pregnancy test even though I knew I wasn't to prove to myself for certain I wasn't. as soon as I peed on the stick the cramps kicked in.
hurray for wipes!

Haha CSIed! I love that. On my heaviest days I can't remove the damned thing without blood oozing all over my hand. It looks like I killed someone. I don't care at home, but at work, we've got a co-ed bathroom with two stalls and a shared sink. I'm absolutely terrified someone might walk in just as I'm coming out of the stall, and before I manage to wash the blood off my hands and down the drain. Maybe you should keep some wet wipes in your purse or something? That situation makes me anxious just thinking about it. That's a really good idea, creep. I don't usually have my purse with me because I work in retail and just come in off the sales floor, but it's just a quick hop upstairs to grab it. Thanks! I think I'm going to do this from now on. Why did I never think of this? Because you're not an anxious mess like me who overthinks everything? Glad to help!

I ran out of "don't make me bleed to death" pills. Blood on light blue fabric - well done me.

This morning I woke up at 5:00 AM covered in blood! Usually my period waits until I'm out of bed and vertical, but not this time. Sheets are currently in the washer, and I'm cramping and eating dry cereal and chocolate chips.
On the bright side, I did manage to get in a 5k run this morning before I started cramping terribly!

chipmunk i had a blood on light blue incident as a 5th grader. sigh.
SOMEONE get me some CHOCOLATE. Thank you.
oh, though, actually, from the joy of vegan baking today I had: 1 cup soymilk 1 frozen banana 2 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp sugar blend. bliss. 3 weight watchers points.

It hardly ever happens to me, and I didn't even have cramps when I woke up. I just opened my eyes and was like "oh shiitake." That smoothie/shake sounds yummy!

Oh, this was at home, but it's still a nuisance to get out of the fabric. I'm apparently too clumsy to successfully remove a full cup without spilling. I wouldn't dare leave the house in light-coloured jeans!

First bad cramps in awhile. I was fine during the night and when I woke up, but had a serious dizzy spell in the shower, followed by a bout of nausea, puking, and bad cramps. I'm in a Midol-induced daze now and I'm having a hell of a time trying to write coherently. Is this what it feels like to be drunk?

Got my period two days early, and I have no supplies with me. Sigh. Just called my husband to stop by my office with my Keeper and a fresh pair of underwear. I didn't have much time to talk with him, and I know he's going to just come in here swinging them around his hand without a care in the world... (not like he's some big hot shot with a girl's pantaloons - it's just that the idea of tucking them neatly away in a bag or something would never occur to him... just waiting...)

flavabean, that is so sweet of your husband to bring by the necessities, and hilarious (sorry!) that he just has them swinging around freely.

Why do you have to have so much build up! It takes you five days to happen but two weeks to get there. I hate you, period.
fork you, Dra. Nooch.

According to this thread I haven't bitched about my period since January, so that's a good thing!
A bad thing--I am bleeding a week early and that has never happened to me ever (I'm usually late), and I want to smash my TV over hockey games.

so i bought justin's pb chocolate cups, and moon kitchen chocolate chip cookies today.
it's odd. my period came a week earlier than usual, and today it has been exceptionally heavy. i am using the divacup like i have been for 3 years, but i woke up this morning, walked to the bathroom and there was blood running down my forking legs! and it happened again this evening before i got in the shower! this has never happened before, and i know for sure my cup was suctioned and everything. it makes me paranoid that i'm actually having a miscarriage or something. I NEED MORE FOOD. Stuck at work and all I have left is an apple and an orange. I want chocolate and chips.

You know, if I think too much about the fact that blood pours out of my body for several days each month, I get pretty freaked out.
Also I want chocolate.

Stupid forking uterus. Fork you. Seriously. I don't ever want a forking baby, and this is how you punish me, by being about a week early, waking me up with unbearable cramps at SEVEN IN THE FORKING MORNING, tossing, turning, and unable to get back to sleep before 9am when it's my damn day off, and absolutely refusing to let my Diva Cup capture anything. I really LIKED those underwear you ruined today. And I'm broke, so I just can't buy unders willy-nilly. Why are you such a forking crasshole? I thought, as ladies, that we were all in this together, but you have proven me so VERY wrong lately. Fork you. Fork you so very, very much.

fork you, Dra. Nooch. Woah, I always felt like a weirdo for pms-ing longer than everyone else I know! My body can be such a savage. "Here, have cramps/mood swings for 7+ days. Don't worry! I promise your period will be late! While you're waiting, enjoy while your forking idiotic tits run/ruin your forking life. Have fun!"

This period hasn't been too bad, cramp-wise, YET, but it is giving me crazy mood swings (like, within seconds of each other) and I sort of want to hide under my desk for the rest of the day.
