Sunday long run day: 14km. I was planning on a 1.5hr yin-yang yoga class tonight but family dinner trumps yoga.

Yesterday was a very easy hour spin on the trainer to help recover my legs from Saturday's 15 miler.

Today is supposed to be a rest day but I'm planning on yin-yang yoga tonight. And my husband is going to join me! Yay!

My first work out in 2.5 years! 2.2 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes at a variety of speeds and inclines. 15 minutes on the elliptical at Level 4 intensity (blush). (Machine said my max heartrate was 180 - can that be right?!)

3 mile run with a one mile max interval....that hurt
then for good measure a 19 mile ride with 2200 feet of climbing thrown in.

Biking to and from work. It will be yoga tonight. Easy day after yesterday's deck of cards workout and tomorrow's 'FrogMan1' at the local college stadium (50 sections of seating).

3.2 miles on the treadmile in 45 minutes, various gradients up to 5%. Signed up today for first training session and for a yoga class on Sunday. Feels good to be moving again!

Awful 2.5 miles in rain, sleet & wind before giving in & going to the gym! Did another 1.5 miles on the treadmill & a 25 minute swim.
